GEM Clarrification

So for a few months now I've dealt with the windows not rolling down at times and its been ok. Well today everything went crazy. The radio quit when i put it in 4x4 turned the dome light on and 4x4 shut off and the radio came on, it wouldn't come out of park unless the key was off. So i guess its time to bit the bullet. Question is the p/n on the fuse box is f81b-14a067-ae. is that the part number i want with version e or is it one of the other numbers on the back of the gem, i have them all written down. Thanks

update: These are all the numbers in order from top to bottom on the back of the gem

I believe the Ford p131 Ver e is the correct one?
