Turbo Shaft rpms & van turbo?

Does anyone know what the shaft rpms are for a stk turbo on a 2003 7.3?
and does anyone know if the center section is the same for all garrett 38T the stk 2003 7.3 turbo?

Now i'm not 100% but i thought i read somewhere of the turbo spinning upwards of 25-30,000 rpm's......as for the turbo's , i put an 02 model off a 350 on my 2000 model Ex. I hope the center section mount is the same , if not its holding up well so far, and no more pedestal o-ring leaks !!

All the drop in 38's have the same center sections.

The reason the van turbo works a bit better for larger injectors and such is because of the larger exhaust housing.

Most smaller turbos run 0-100,000rpms, while larger turbos will run 0-75,000rpms
