Manual throttle

Any suggestions for hooking up a manual throttle to set the idle higher when jump starting vehicles and other apps.

Mine will automatically step up throttle when cold to warm it up but when it is warm it will not.

At normal idle around 800 rpms my alternator puts out less voltage. I would like to bump up the throttle ( with switch or pull)so it outputs more voltage when jump starting others and when I run my electric compressor.

Suggestions?
