Updated IDM

I was thinking about getting Bean's updated IDM. Any one else got one? Good or bad?

I was doing some more reading on this. So there IDM is basically just the resister mod? The rest of the IDM is not checked or refurbished? If thats the case then I don't need it since I currently have a programmer right?

I have the same question but the reading I've been doing the way I understand you need to up the volt in the IDM to get more fuel through the injectors because you have a programmer pushing more boost etc & if you don't have fuel then you don't get more HP....but have also read a stock injector will only produce around 80 Additional hp over stock setting with a chip...so I hope someone can shed some light on this topic

I thought the more fuel made a bigger fire which in turn made the turbo spin harder making the more boost feeding more air to the fire etc... So the programmer told the injectors to open quicker etc trying to get more fuel to the fire quicker. I am under the impression (doesn't mean I am right) that the programmer does the same thing as the resistor mod only it does it slowly so the truck doesn't fall on its face like it does with the resistor mod. I hope some one smarter than me (just about every one) can chime in.

The IDM mod just makes the injectors open quicker and more efficiently. If you have a programmer it will still make a difference.
