Things to check at 200k

Morning everyone. I have 200,000 on my truck now and was hoping for a little help with identifying some things to check that tend to give problems around this time or might be soon to come. I am considering moving and want to get some potential issues tended to while I have people I know and trust to work on/help me work on around me. Also, I have a pyrometer and a tranny gauge but have not installed the tranny gauge. I don't do a whole lot of towing. When I do, I usually just put the truck in the stock setting since i don't know what my tranny temp is running. Thanks.
