Question Low Idle?

My truck has been idling pretty low for a while now, and I just noticed it should be wrong... at regular idle it sits at about 650-700 rpms then when it kicks up to high idle in cold weather it gets no higher than 900-950 rpms What is wrong with it? I have noticed no loss of power, no loss of accelleration. TIA

What did it used to idle at? I'm pretty sure that both mine idle at 700 and only go up to around 950 also when they idle up. That's the normal for mine. I have high idle 1100 rpm settings on my chips and that takes them up just a little higher than what the truck will do on its own in the cold.
