alright dangit

yesterday new dodge come from behind me all I saw was stacks and awhole lot of black smoke. I got over and tried to run him down and needless to say I made ford look bad, I could not catch up with him. Anyway my question here is with the mods I have ( in my sig) what is next to keep my egts down? in the 100 hp setting my egts will get up there at 1200 not even full throttle. I want it to smoke more to, that **** dodge was laying some smoke. Also do I have all the "cheap" mods done? What is next for me?

zoodad mod, ccv mod, you will need water/meth injection to reduce your egt's, bigger intercooler makes more power, ats turbo housing works great with the wicked wheel again more power. Fass fuel system creates better fuel supply, stage 2 or 3 injectors, more fuel needed to the engine.

does injectors make it get worse mileage? how hard are they to install? The methanol injection seems like it is pretty easy to install. will the 6.0 intercooler work? is it bigger? will it work on 7.3

I never installed injectors on these trucks so I can not answer how hard it is. Will the 6.0L intercooler work on the 7.3L yes but from my understanding you have to do a little of your engineering to get it in there and plumbed.

Isn't there a write-up on the 6.0 IC install into a 7.3?

Zoodad, water meth and get you a custom tuned chip from Jody at DP.:burnout If you got an auto I would do the BTS valve body before the chip so he can tune for it.
