Warm idle problems

So when the truck is idleing whether in park nuetral or drive the rpms bounce fom below 500 to over 1000. the truck idles fine when warming up when its cold. Changed the cps today and that didnt help. Just looking for some insight. After some searching everything was suggested from the cps to every sensor on the engine. I scanned with my AE and no codes also did the contribution test (should rule out UVCH i would imagine) and it came up good. Right now im leaning towards tps because it seems like the throttle is extra touchy. ICP was replaced a few months ago. Thanks for any help guys
