Cold weather fuel leak?????

I have a 99 7.3 and it with 270,000 on it and runs fine. But the other night the temp got down to 25* which is bs in fla. I went out and started my truck to let it warm up and when I came back out I saw fuel on the ground. So I looked under it and it looked like it was coming from a small tube by the timing cover on the passenger side. What is this tube and is it a sign of some thing going bad? It wasent a ton of fuel but enuff to notice it.
