What is this part

So on a cold morning twice this part at the front of the motor leaks oil then quits. Its connected to the oil filter housing and below left exhaust housing. Its just a round tube looks like o-ring on the front of it

that is the oil cooler.mine does the exct same thing, the orings need to be replaced.

That's your oil cooler. Do a search there is a good write up by Cody on how to replace the o-rings in the cooler. When they are old the cold weather shrinks em up & they leak until they warm up
