starting, PLEASE HELP

when its this cold my truck wont start even though it should right now its been dead at my girlfriends house for 3 days. i know the batteries are dead cause of me tryin to start it but i dont know why it isnt starting. ive put new GP, GPR, starters, solenoids alternators batteries and its still not starting what kinda ideas you guys got. im hoping its not injectors or HPOP

yes batteries and cables are brand new.

ive got a slew of ideas and literally no money to spend. im thinking about unplugging the ICP but i dont know where it is, can someone post up a picture (within 10 mins) where it is? if it is that, can i still run a program with it unplugged?

Is it just turning over and not starting? You sure you are getting fuel? Is the HPOP full of oil? Should be about a inch below the top surface of the resivour. We need some more info in order to help you. Are you running a lighter oil for winter use? What temps are you working in? You can PM if you need to.
