depends on the chip, is it a custom tuned one? if it is an edge I would say no. but not to bad of a price that truck out here would be 14-15,000ish.

btw by the fender badges thats an early 99(smaller turbo, injectors, and hpop), decent miles, but if the water pump hasnt been replaced yet, its goin any day i promise you that, lol. i'd offer 10 for it most.

I would like to see the truck before making an offer. He says it's rust free but common practice in northern areas is to install fender flares to cut out or cover up rusty spots. The black flares caught my attention as soon as I opened it. These trucks commonly rust out on the bottom of the doors, cab corners and over the rear wheel well, normally just before and after the top of the well.

The flares are a factory Ford option... I have them on mine...

Thats an early 99 which means lots of little bastard items...

Check that drivers seat to, it looks like its the only one with a seat cover, and if its got the cloth interior 100 to 1 is ripped all down the side, had mine sewed together for $100, degrades price some.

seems like a good deal if the truck is actually what he says it is.

Oops my bad! Thought the flares were a cover up. I've known people that have done it in the past that's why I thought it would need to be checked into.
