engine swaping pointers?

hey i have a 02 7.3 and i found a engine for 1000 with only like 33xxx on it and does anyone have any tings they can add to help me make this swap easyer.. and also some things i should do well the engine is out?!?!?!? thanks alot

i took the cab off,but i think you can squeeze it out of the hood.what year is the new engine
