115 volt wiring diagram?

I just replaced the GPR on my 01 PSD and measured 12 volts on the terminals. To my surprise I read in Chiltons that the glow plugs actually operate at 115 DC volts. So I'm curious how that voltage, presumably from the GPR, gets stepped up to 115 volts DC?

I also read that the injectors in the 7.3 operate at 115 volts on the same system. Can someone post a wiring diagram that describes the 115 volt system?

I know the IDM uses alotta power to run them injectors, look at the wire goin to it!
im definitely curious myself..

Yeah and I'm wondering what else I can do with 115 volts in my truck. Maybe beef up whatever's making the voltage and use it to run the hairdryer and espresso machine.
