1999 F350 Issues

I have a 99 F350 with the 7.3 and got an issue going on. About a month ago after I'd start it in the morning it'd sputter and die. Most of the time this would happen just after putting it in gear and started to head down the road. It'd knock some and act like it wasn't getting enough fuel. At first this only happened in the morning after sitting all night but soon it was becoming frequent. My service date was coming up so I went ahead and had them do the oil and other normal stuff, including the fuel filter. I was guessing the fuel filter was the issue. It ran like a champ after than and I put about 1,000 miles on it and it has started doing it again.
Once I get it warmed up a little bit it runs fine when driving down the highway, but starting to have the same issues I did before. Any guesses?

Ok first question is what is the outside temps that your having this problem? Second check your fuel filter again. You may have sludge in your tank that has clogged your fuel filter already
