99 F250 4x4 wiring diagram

I am trying to trace some troubles I am having with my ESOF 4 wheel drive.
I think it is either the switch, relays, transfer case motor, or encoder.
I was running through the pinpoint checks in the factory manual, but without the right scanner, I seem to be stuck.
So, back to the good old days of track down with meter and schematic.
Does anyone have the portion of the diagram showing the 4x4 circuit?
It would show power distribution box, hi/low relay block, fuse panel, etc.
Also, can anyone tell me which of the 2 relay blocks in the engine compartment is for the ESOF? There is one to the right of the power dist. box, and one in front of it.
Specific issue I am having..... when the selector swith is turned from 2HI to either 4HI or 4LO, nothing happens.
Thanks.

my 05 had the same problem where it would not go into 4x4. i took the shift motor right off the transfercase and took it apart the problem was that the electric motor had gotten corroded and broke some wires im trying to find another motor to replace it with but no luck so far and ford wants $700 for a new one.
