How to tell if my truck is lifted?

I got a new to me 2002 F-250 and I'm still trying to learn everything I can about it. Is there a way to tell if it is lifted? It seems high, but maybe only a few inches high and I don't really have anything to compare it against.

Looks stock to me. Maybe an add a leaf in the front, but I doubt it. See if you have 2 leafs on your front end. Good looking truck
