7.3-Clutch went out after replacing injectors!!!

Is something that is happening to several folks with standards? I would have thought the bellhousing wouldnt let any liquid's in there. I was wanting to replace all the injectors because the truck has almost 300,000 miles on it but now I dont know. If I do replace them how do i keep oil and diesel from getting to the clutch? Thanks for any help!!!

My last truck was a 5 speed and I did injectors in that truck 3 times without ever even considering that- no problems... You will be fine
