Tool box lights

I'm sure it's been threaded about before. I wanna put some lights in my tool box. Kinda dark at night ya know
Rope lights would be nice, full light everywhere, but I could use multiple bulbs.
I'd rather not have it switched. Maybe have on a sensor like the hood or doors? Anyone have any ideas?

What my boss did was just put a stick on kind of bar light from Sylvania he bought at Wal-Mart for about $8 I think. I've been meaning to go purchase one, they've just got a switch on the side of them I think, but they work pretty good.

Reckon you could snap some photos for us? I would like to see that. I've been thinking of doing the same as well as adding lights under my bed rails to light the bed whenever I'm looking for something.

I took a light that I had in one of those 10 person tents and taped it to the side and it has a remote on/off switch. Kinda redneck but it works haha
