Tranny problem?

I have a '02 F350 auto that the auto locking hubs stopped working on. I have manuals as well. This last week I had to put truck in 4x and I turned my hubs as usual, got back in the truck, stuck it in drive, and lost all power completely. I now have the overdrive light flashing on the column shifter and I had to limp home, less than half mile away. Now it also seems my ABS light is on as well. Does anyone have any idea at at what this may be? First time I've seen this or heard of it.
