Check the fuse box underneath the dash at approximately the #38 spot.

The one your looking for runs the main computer and the fuel bowl heater... REPLACE IT.

Unplug the fuel bowl heater wires from the back of the fuel bowl then start the truck.

My truck quit while traveling down the road when i shifted gears, i checked all the fuses replaced the CPS... everything i could think of... a week later I finally took it a repair shop and the scanner wasn't getting a reading from the computer... that fuse looked brand new but it was cooked, replaced the fuel bowl heater and it was as good as new.

BTW... If there is an international dealer near you (like big rig) they have the exact same parts you would buy at ford (without the fancy ford sticker over the international sticker) and for much less...

Yeah check this out, along with the IPR test. See if the nut is still on the back of the IPR. Seen those wiggle off...

Don't just throw parts at it. Did you check the ICP sensor? Pull the plug and see if there is any oil in it? If so, just try to start it with it unplugged.

i pulled the icp sensor plug and there is not oil in the plug because ive seen it it there before thats why i replaced the icp before, i even tried starting the truck with the icp unplugged, still no start.
