New Battery Terminals?
Just bought two new Motorcraft batteries for my rig, as I was switching out the old batteries I was having issues with the terminal connectors. They are definitely corroded and in terrible shape, so I was thinking I should replace all four of them...
Where can I find Terminal connectors that fit our trucks?

The biggest question you need to ask yourself is if you have enough slack in the wire to cut off the terminals and install new ones.

I went down to a local napa and they had some crimp style connectors in the back. Worked like a charm if you have access to a good pop tool . I used this

I will definitely have to double check the slack in the line... I think I have enough though.

I didn't ask if they had them, so I just got terminals. still have them since I found that my cables all were in pretty sorry shape along with the FLAT terminals.....
![]() they have them on ebay pretty frequently brand new, both pos & neg. I got mine off a salvage vehicle, pos/neg harness so I am replacing the whole system.......
