Need Turbo Re-built, reliable shop?

I need to get the turbo rebuilt for my 2001 F-450. I bought one off Ebay and am unhappy with it. Are there any shops that you guys recommend above and beyond others?

I see lots of people who rebuild their own turbos and maybe that would be an option, but do I need to be concerned about balancing the whole thing? How about replacing exhaust (turbine) wheel?

these are definitely easy to rebuild. not much to em at all(having mine apart i can say that ha) but i suppose it'd definitely be wise to have it balanced at a shop that has the equipment too.
