Adding Additives

I use the walmart 2 cycle oil at 1oz to 1 gallon and diesel kleen at 1oz to every three gallons. My question is, how accurate do you guys measure these?

I guestimate...honestly I used to measure it out to be somewhat precise...that just became too much of a pain so now I just pour the stuff in till I think its right. Scientific I know lol

Why the 2stroke AND diesel kleen? The diesel kleen does everything the 2stroke does and more (such as raise cetane).

I just go by the bars provided on the side of the diese kleen bottle. It doesn't have to be exact.

i saved some 20oz pepsi bottles and filled them up with the 2-cycle oil so its easy to just grab a bottle and pour in 20oz. from what i have read 20oz is plenty for 26 gallons of fuel. I also do 8oz of dieselkleen, truck starts easy and goes like hammers...and it's been zero degrees F here in north idaho.

^Trans cleaner is great stuff.

But like I've previously said, none of that stuff (2stroke oil and trans oil) will add cetane like diesel kleen will

Nor will it stop gelling.
