Time for a new Hpop?

I finally got around to doing some datalogging on the icp. What do you experts think about my hpop? Time for a new one? Also would these low numbers maybe cause my smoke issues on accelerating from stops. It also smoke kinda gray while doing these runs from 60-90. I think I have read somewhere that a weak hpop will cause excessive smoke issue.

What setting is this on with your chip?

Those numbers are very low, I dont see a single area where you are over 2050psi...

I would look at IPR oring and injector O rings first, then go to the HPOP.

if you can you can do a pressure test on the injectors, but you need some parts to do this.

I am going to be pulling the ipr very soon and cleaning and putting new orings in it. As for the injector o=rings they are brand new with less than 3k on them. you said 65% duty cycle is bad, could you explain why. Still have a lot to learn....

I got that duty cycle in stock mode and it failed while driving.


So ya im gonna lean towards the hpop is bad.


My icp was never above 1500 tho. and at that psi was 65% DC



And while I was driving on the 16hr drive, I watched my psi drop down to 500 psi with dc at 65 99% of the drive. Just watched it die a slow nasty death.

Replaced my HPOP with the Adrenaline, now with the extra power my trans slips
when towing...

The new HPOP solved all the other issues I was having with the motor with reduced
power. Just now the trans cant take it. BTS trip on Dec 3rd.

Hey bud, I was wandering if you think a bad, weak, hpop like mine would cause white, gray smoke on acceleration? I have done just about everything to get rid of this darn smoke........
