Diesel Kleen?

I was using it every other tank or so in my truck with stock injectors. I put in swamps stage 1 injectors and they told me not to put any additive in fuel. Should I continue using the Diesel Kleen every other tank? Im sure I need to use it to prevent gelling in the winter right? What exactly doe the diesel kleen do to fuel and engine? I was using grey bottle in summer and white bottle in winter.

Hmm that sounds weird. Kleen usually helps with keeping the injectors well lubed doesnt it? I dont see why it would hurt it.

Interesting, looks like you need to ask them why.

Don't see how Diesel Kleen would affect the injectors in a bad way. It's like 95% diesel fuel anyways.

As stated, I would never run straight fuel in my truck. I always add 1/4 bottle of 2 stroke with every fill up. Used to use diesel kleen too and it worked great.

When you get an answer from swamps, let us know. I'm curious too.

Diesel kleen ups mileage because it adds cetane points and it restores lubricity that ULSD takes away.
