spring code part numbers
sorry to start a new thread on this, but i have been searching for three days and am no closer than when i started to solving my problem. I have seen many of the code charts for the 99-04 superduty's but none seem to match what i have. My rear leaf spring was broken and I bought a used set of 4(front and back). The person i puchased these from had sold his truck and didn't have the spring numbers from the door. My original springs according to the door code are UA.
My original rear spring has a part number of RPN 0388 F81A BE. Is this an A code spring? The used rear spring has a part number of RPN 3231 1C34CC. it is close to a b code part number i found but wasn't sure. Any idea's what it is? It has an overload spring as well, whereas my original springs did not. My original front spring has a part number of 3c34aca RPN 3176. Is this a U code? The used front spring has a part number of 2c34afa RPN 3261. An x spring maybe? Now assuming that the front is a u and the rear an x, how much if any will the x code raise the front over the original u springs? I have already installed the rear springs and it looks like have raised the rear aprox 3/4 of an inch. The truck already had a front eveling kit on the front when i bought it, but it still sits over 3" lower than the rear. sorry for such a long post, just trying to give you all the info i have.

Forgot to mention my truck is an early 99 ext cab long bed. The donor truck springs were from a 02 ext cab.

i have this chart saved, and i have seen several of them. None of my numbers line up exactly with the list. Some of them are way off and some of them are close. I have looked at the 99 manual list as well, but no luck there either.
