Lookin at a 2001 Ford Excursion

I'm looking to buy a 2001 Ford Excursion limited , auto, 44,673 miles,7.3L V8 DI engine, 4WD.

Your opinions and the cons and pros..........

How are they towing ?

I'm looking to tow a car 8k open car trailer behind it.

how much are they asking? only thing you will have to do is upgrade the trans at one point in its life....

Wow with 44k on it I'd seriously kept that thing until I died lol. It will tow anything you need it to tow.

At that low a mileage it should need nothing. Mine has 95K and I tow a toy box with it all the time. Bigger rear sway bar and a good hitch will make a difference. Buy it or tell us where it is so one of us can. JMHO, Richard.
