Which carrier bearing???

What size driveshaft carrier bearing do we have on these trucks? I know there are 2 different sizes. I need to replace mine on my 01 F250.

Unless you know something I don't just take driveshaft to the parts place & get the old one pressed off & new pressed on. You can probably beat-cuss-bang & get it off but the new needs pressed on.
