Confused??

I have bad turbo surge and have been told to upgrade my turbo housing which is what im plannin on but i've ran onto a problem, is there a difference in the compressor housing and the exhaust housing? Isnt the compressor housing the one i need to upgrade to get rid of turbo surge?

Usually they are talking about the compressor housing. They run about $400+. I had some pretty bad surge when pulling my trailers till I installed the WW and now no more surge. paid $70 if I remember right. No surge now grossing 22k.

Well i have a guy wanting to sell me a WW and a banks exhaust housing for 200. Seems like a good price to me?

sounds like a good price. I think the banks exhaust housing is just a wastegatted 1.0

It will lower EGTs a little bit and help on the higher end. I have a 1.0 housing in the garage that I want to install someday!

i have a 1.0 housing installed. ATS one, it definitely keeps the egt's cool. with the ww its a great combo i think.

Ya $200 is a good price I think the banks housing alone is around $400 or so
