issue with DP F-5 chip tune.........

Been running my F5 chip for about a year now. 3 weeks ago I swapped from #3 economy to the #4 street race tunes and the truck stsrted running real bad. Irratic idle and died. Re started it and feathered the gas pedal to keep it running and the thing would redline with the slightest of pressure on the gas. Tried to drive it and the thing would shift all crazy like and then take off on its own with very little gas pressure so set it back to #3.
Emailed Dp thru their customer contact form 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing. Re-filed out the form and sent it again tonight. Anyone have a direct email for these guys? Or if your on here DP please contact me so we can sort this out. Going on a trip over thankgiving and need if fixed for that.

IM assuming you pulled the chip, cleaned the terminals, and checked the wires to the switch? And if you go to there website dp-tuner.com and click on contact it has an email box on the website. Took them 1 day to email me back

To this point I have done nothing as I wanted to see what their instructions were first. I filled out the contact info in the boxes on their page 3 weeks ago and again today so hopefully someone will reply soon. All other tunes on the chip are working great.........seems if it were a wire or the switch it would happen other times too?

Could be just one uncleaned or lose connection throwing off the one program but i dont know I agree with giving them a call
