back-up lights

Can't seem to get power to my back up lights, I changed out every fuse i could find. But i can't seem to find where those wires go. do they go to the tranny than fuse box? Or maybe it could be in the steering column? The fuse it calls for is good. But i'm not getting power to the rear. ANy help ?

if i recall right, Yes i was getting power at the fuse, But i will check again. What other causes could this be??
