If you enjoy a little louder and don't like LOUD esp if you tow get a muffler. Nice single 4" system turbo back..SS if in the snow country.

ok cool i was thinking about 4" straight pipe, what brands are good. ive heard good things about mbrp.

All are similar details differ, some have welded hangers some bolt on etc. MBRP is a very nice product.

theres no need to by after market exhaust....IMO. I straight piped mine and put stacks on it and its really not to loud.....the turbo keeps it some what quiet....

I thought I'd start with the muffler-delete pipe to eliminate the stock muffler and see what happens, then move on to the MBRP 4" if not satisfied. I do have a question as to the resonator? that is before the muffler. Is it a straight-through design or should it go, too???? I have an early '99 and AFAIK it does not have a cat.

i believe early 99's had cat's. either way get rid of that thing its robbing you power.
