Alright, my horn isn't working how do I fix it?
It's been bothering me like crazy and I haven't had much time to tinker with it. What's the fuse location? Relay? It's a 99 250. Thanks guys.

Not sure of the fuse location as I am at work but if it turns out to be the horn that is bad it is located inside the pasenger side front fender.

Found the fuse and it's ok. IDK guess I'll have to pull the air bag and see what's up under there. Maybe something isn't making contact.

I'd do that last...
First find the horn (in ft of the pass tire, behind the wheel well, up by the headlight) - is it connected? does it get power when you push the wheel? Next the relay (and here, I'm afraid I'm not sure where it is..) - does it "trip" with the horn button? does it have power to it to blow the horn? Remember, the horn button in the wheel supplies ground to energize the relays coil and close the relays contacts to send power to the horn itself. |
