Jack questions
Had a fast leak this weekend. Thankfully I noticed it beffore heading home. Stupid valve stem quit sealing.
Got out the factory jack and could not figure out where they wanted to use that little stubby thing. Thankfully (again) I was at my moms house and remembered one of my bottle jacks was in the shed. With that jack and 4 2x4s I was able to jack up the truck from the leafspring. Where are you suppose to use the factory jack? Next question, I have one of those big highlift jacks I haul around in the bed all the time. I bought it for some project and its been in the bed since then. Could I put that on the hitch and pick up the whole backend of the truck? I thought about it but decided I better ask first. |

The factory jack goes under the axle. Mine barely touches and my truck isn't too tall.
