tow hooks on the frame distance?

does anyone know if there is a difference in the distance between the tow hook mounting bolts in the 99-04 and the 05-07 years. hopefully this will clear up my question, i found a used grille guard/push bumper on craigslist for a decent price, but it is off of a 06. so i am wondering if it will bolt up to my 99.

I think It's the same. It would have a little more clearance at the top due to the different grill(bigger) on the 05?

thank you. i ended up measuring my truck and then going to the local ford dealership, which had a 07 on the lot. the distance between the bolts across and up and down are the same. it just looks like the lower part of the bumper on the 07 is flush with the top instead of curving in towards the bottom on my 99. the guy called back and still has it, so i will see how it fits tonight when i pick it up....

the only difference is the gap between the grill. if yours is a 99, there will be the gap since the bumper is made for the longer grill. which is no biggie tho.
