Tranny upper tude ???

I've got to replace the upper filler tube for my tranny, mine is cracked and breaking where the bracket is welded to the tube. I've got a replace piece from Ford, but I've done some messing around and some tips on how to get this peice replaced without removing half the engine would be nice, need some help, PLEASE
