Buying superduty

So i have been looking at superdutys for a while now and, this has gotta be the best looking one i have found in my price range. It is a 2000 model but has the front end of a 05-07. What is does NOT say in the add is that it has 245000 on the clock.

2000 F250 DIESEL 4X4

Im not scared of the high miles on the 7.3 my obs has 302000 and counting, runs like a champ. I just do not know how to judge the price on this one with all the changes too it.

Just let me know what you guys think it is worth, ima go check it out this weekend. I always found good advice from you guys here, thanks in adavance!

wow, "NEVER USED TO WORK OR PULL" then why have it in the first place? i'd say get it atleast you know it hasn't been too abused, and only driven like a car

Looks pretty clean , i don't think the upgraded front end adds anything value wise other than aesthetically pleasing the owner so i would not ponder the added value of that mod. KBB list it as 10,500 in good condition and NADA is way cheaper. Print off the NADA guide quote and offer 8500 and tell em its now or never. Trucks to old for bank financing and not a lot of folks walking around with 10k to drop on a ride imo.

Ya i was thinking the same thing i was going to offer him 7500 and go from there but no more than 8500, and that is only if it is as clean as it looks in the pics...

So you think its a good buy for 8000-8500??

I paid $9000 for my 2001 CCSB Lariat 2wd with 140K on it about 6 weeks ago from a dealer in Alabama. I think you're in the ballpark and he's on the high side. Good luck.

Says never used to work or pull, and yet the pictures in the same ad show a trailer hooked up, the pic on the lower left. I can clearly see the trailer hitched up, safety chains, etc. Just a thought...

And yeah, I agree, 7500 is my highest offer with that mileage...
