misses sometimes between 2000 and 2400 rpms

As the title says ive been having a miss between around 2000 to 2400 rpms ususally going up hill or really working the truck. Sometimes it will do it lower but has only happened a couple of times. Usually above or below that rpm range she runs fine. For example one of the hills here if its in over drive doing 60 which right at 2000 rpms itll miss til it kicks down. also in a day or two im gonna be having a buddy put a scanner on it to look at things. im just trying to get any and/or all ideas so i can get this figured out.
have a light knocking sound at 1 or 3

new icp( last spring)
no visible oil or fuel leaks
no smoke( i get a bit of a gray haze on start up in the morning for a few seconds)
recent oil change( was doing it before this)
270,000 on the odometer

it seems to do it at lower rpms the colder the truck is.

its getting worse.well got some codes and about enough info to make my head spin. The truck does have a gray Cps by the way.
P1247-boost pressure low, im assuming thats because of the miss
contribution codes
P0269 #3 injector circuit high
P0284 #8 injector circuit high
icp at idle high 400's and 8% or 9% ipr duty cycle
icp at wot was high 2700's
ipr duty cycle wot was mid 30%'s
rotational velocity
#1 would sometimes register high 1's
#3 High 2's, low 3's
#8 high 3's, low 4's
