Rough Start?

So went out this morning cycled my glow plugs went to start my truck as usual and it wouldn't start? Cycled the plugs again, started this time but it started real rough. Any ideas? It was 39 degrees out. That's not very cold. Like I said before this is my first diesel and don't know very much about it yet!

Get a stancor Glow plug relay. I had the same issue last year. I put this stancor relay and didnt even have to plug my truck in for the whole winter....and it got F'ing cold here last winter....-20 degrees cold! Works wonders. How many miles are on your truck? If you have alot, you may want to change your glow plugs as well. Other than that, plug the truck in when it gets cold.
