Power Loss

So i have a 99 power stroke with 152000 on it and I have kinda been thinking that the power does not seem to be there any more. Last week i bought another 7.3 for my business and its a 01 with 130000 and its like night and day. there is so much more power in my newer one. I was wondering what might be the problem with my 99 that is just does not have the power any more. I have kinda heard that torque converters have problems with that be a reason for the power loss?

could be a number of things, but check your up-pipe gaskets, turbo boots, turbo for fin damage or shaft play. if you have a cat it could be clogged. im sure you have, but if you havent, check/change your air and fuel fitlers. but i would bet on a boost leak somewhere though. check those and get back with us.
