Surprise!!! Look what I found.....

So....when I got home after work yesterday, I find this laying in the driveway.



At first, I thought it was a bolt from my wife's car since we had driven it on Saturday. I thought I could have missed it. But I crawled under the truck first to see where it could have come from.

This is what I found.


So....I was a bit surprised by that. I put the bolt back in, tightened up the one that started to back out and checked the other two. One of the other ones had just started to loosen. I am glad that bolt fell out on the driveway instead of while I was driving. If I hadn't seen it, I don't think I would have got under to check the other bolts. Eventually, the shaft would have let go and I don't want to think about what would have happened.

iv'e been able to go under there and take three of those bolts out with bare hands. lol as they get loose you can hear and feel it in your driveline.
