Class IV Hitch

Hey guys I have a quick question. A uy down the road is having a yard sale and he has a class IV hitch for 50 bucks. Ive been looking for one cheap but havnt found one and now its here. But this came off a 200 f250. I dont think it was a diesel. But I have two work vans I want to put it on. I have a 00 7.3 and a 02 5.4. Should it fit on both of these vans? Ive always been told the truck frames are the same as the van frames but I want to be 100% sure before I just buy it.
