Question New trans valve body compatible with TS chip

Just got some extensive transmission repair done and we installed a TransGo performance valve body. I am breaking the transmission in or at least putting some miles on the new convertor and so on, and I just wanted to be sure that once I'm ready to start using the 50hp setting on the TS chip if this would be okay and compatible with the new TransGo valve body?

Right now in stock mode, the truck feels better than it ever has, while stock anyway. And I noticed that the valve body is shifting similarly as when it did when I first installed the TS chip, except it has stock power.

I just want to be sure that I won't be hurting anything to run the TS chip with an already modified valve body? Such as the TransGo???

Thanks

I think you will just have to give the chip a try and see what it does. I also have a transgo and was running it stock with no chip to kind of break the transmission in. When I added the chip it shifted way too hard because I forgot to mention to the tuner that I had the shift kit, so I had to send it back and get the chip reburned....now it shifts smoother than ever.

You might want to consider some custom tunes from PHP, TW, etc....there is a big difference in custom tunes compared to canned tunes like a TS comes loaded with.
