okay just got too the thing attached to the end of the black bar that goes into the door and I can't see how this system works?? Theres no wires going to the mechanism?

Let me explain what i did a little better. I took off the door panel and unbolted the 2 bolts that hold a brass colored mechanism on the inside of the door that holds the end of the black bar and hinges it. I cleaned the part with wd40 and a compressor and still no luck. But i don't think i was even cleaning the right part. There was no electrical attached too it and it looked nothing like the ebay part someone else posted earlier on.

Any help guys

Forget everything I just wrote, turns out i'm an idiot and miss understood one of the above posts.

Sprayed some wd40 in the door LATCH and all is well. Thanks guys
