Ebay lift shackles any good?

I need a 1 or 2 inch lift for the front end to level my truck out. My only choice is a lift shackle on the front since I already have a 4 inch procomp spring lift. Is this a basic enough part that I can get away with the 50$ set from ebay? Or is there a special one I need for my 99 f350 crew cab long bed 4x4 single rear wheel? All opinions and links are welcome.
