Ok now I will poke at you. See you blame the company and the product. When the only problem was user error. Next time stay calm take 3 deep breaths and drink a beer or a case if your stump. Then go look at the problem in a calm fashion.

Yeah, I did all I was prompted to do for the download. When in the menu selection mode on the commander, the buttons are not labeled, and its easy to "think" you just performed an action when ,in all actuality ,you did something completely different, and thats what I did. I turned on the next item on the list, not the one I was trying to turn on. So, thinking I had followed all the correct steps, I thought there might have been some problem with the download. My mistake. My bad. I MADE A MISTAKE BC! YOU WILL GET TO MAKE ONE ONE DAY MAN. I PROMISE!

I have made my fair share of mistakes shane. But I usually correct them with a 12 pound sledge hammer. But I learned that ends up costing more money in the long run. Or throw a wrench accross the shop and break a window. Or torch some doors off a horse trailer only to find out the next day that the wood floor smoldered all night long and now half of it is gone and all of it needs replaced. Or you get mad and throw a hammer after you hit your thumb with it and you accidently hit your buddy with the hammer you just threw. Oh my list goes on and on.

Well, I'm glad it was a simple problem, and that you got it fixed up quick.

Rob, the C2s are great, I really like them. But I did find them very bright at night, so I put an aftermarket dimmer switch in to drop them down a bit, that worked real good, and I can dim them down to a real nice glow now. I would recommend them to anyone.

Gord.
