Oil Leak Under Fuel Filter (help!!!!)

I have suddenly developed an oil leak under the fuel filter. It looks like a brass plug or brass bolt head. There is a lot of oil in the valley between the heads and after the engine gets warm and you bring the rpm's up it starts to leak around this "plug??" I found part of an oring in the valley and it feels like there should be on around the brass head...Can someone please tell me what this is before I remove it?????

I merged your two threads into one for you, you will still get the info you need, but take up less space.
