Uh, call me old fashioned, but I run oil in my oil. Blackstone agrees that plain ole oil (whether its Motorcraft 15w40 or Rotella 5w40 Synthetic) does a great job for the 5000 miles its in.

In the 99-03 PS with the High pressure oil systems the psi in the injector can get as high as 25,000psi so if lucas foams under pressure then stay away any air bubbles in a high pressure system are not good due to air compressing more the oil

Some people on other forums are using that Rev-x stuff and like it I personally haunt used it so I can't give you first hand experience but I havent seen anyone have a bad experience yet. It's expensive though that's part of the reason I havent tried it.

Why are you thinking of adding stuff to your oil? Are you looking to get better protection, better fuel milage, longer life out of your oil? I wish I could tell you if Lucas foams but I have personally never used it with my oil. Did try it a long time ago with a gasser to see about increasing MPG and that didn't work for me.

Why are you scared of an anti foam agent? Our trucks NEED an anti foaming agent.
