Check engine light and no power

2002 Super Duty. When I go full throttle, it goes, and then cuts to idle and the check engine light comes on. Stays on as long as you are full pedal. When you release, CEL goes off and everything is as normal.

No engine codes. Do you think this is overboosting or a APP pedal issue? Don't have a way to check boost yet, except a scanner and it reads in KPA. What is the normal boost range for this year?

sounds like a icp issue. what kind of scanner are you using. if the cel comes on there should be a code. it might be in the history codes. seen a 550 do that before and it was a faulty icp. dont want to go too far but it could be the hpop.
